Classical, flamenco, and fingerstyle guitar virtuoso Christopher Laughlin has performed in over 25 nations around the globe and all across North America. He has appeared with the Northbrook Symphony, The Chicago Chamber Orchestra, and Symphony of the Shores, and was a featured performer at the 2024 and 2025 Piccolo Spoleto Festivals in Charleston, SC.
Christopher's performances feature a wide range of musical styles, from well loved classical masterworks, dazzling flamenco palos, and contemporary pop and rock songs arranged for solo guitar or guitar with looping and other digital effects. His shows literally run the gamut from "Bach to Rock," and are sure to please listeners of all ages and musical tastes.
Christopher studied classical guitar at the Peabody Conservatory of Music and at Yale University, and was awarded a Fulbright Grant for study in Paris. He is the founder of the Christopher Laughlin School of music in Northbrook, IL, and also teaches at Loyola University Chicago.
